Delivery estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days via Royal Mail.

• Handcrafted / personalised items
Personalised pieces require 5–7 business days to make.
Once dispatched, delivery estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days via Royal Mail.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within United Kingdom.

3. Do you ship outside UK?

Not at the moment — we currently ship within United Kingdom only to ensure reliable delivery times and high-quality service.

4. Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely! 💛 Every Knitnes piece is made from 100% organic cotton and gentle, eco-friendly materials that are soft, breathable, and kind to even the most sensitive skin. Knitnes is created by a mother, for mothers — every fabric is carefully chosen and tested with real everyday comfort and safety in mind. 🧸🌿

5. Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, absolutely! 💛 We know most shops don't accept returns on personalized items, but we are not like most shops.

Our Promise: If you are not 100% thrilled with your order when you open the package, simply email us. We will issue a Full Refund immediately. And the best part? You don't need to return it. Keep the item on us (or gift it to a friend). No trips to the post office required! 📦

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

We've got you covered in both scenarios:

  1. If WE made a mistake (rare, but we are human!): If your item arrives damaged or with a wrong name, send us a photo and we will knit a replacement immediately and express ship it to you 100% FREE.

  2. If YOU made a spelling mistake: Don't panic! It happens to the best of us. We will knit a fresh one for you at 50% OFF the original price. We share the loss with you because we care. 🤝
